Your room will be ready from 2 p.m., on the day of departure it is time to say goodbye at 11 a.m.
You can pay your room bill online in advance, and we accept Visa, Mastercard or EC card on site. If you prefer to pay for your vacation in cash, this is also possible at the reception in the connected partner hotel (Romantikhotel).
Yes, the local tax is currently €2.05 per person per day for everyone aged 15 and over.
Due to our central location, we do not have our own parking spaces. You are welcome to park at our partner hotel Romantikhotel Zell am See for an additional charge. Please let us know in advance whether we should reserve a parking space for you there. Alternatively, the public parking garage is directly opposite the Fish’ Inn.
There is a charging option in our partner hotel, where our parking spaces are also located. Consumption is billed according to kWh.
Sooooo many, a boat tour on Lake Zell, all cable cars and public transport, the Sigmund Thun Gorge, entry to the lidos and the indoor pool, to name just a few examples. Here you can find detailed information.
We recommend the digital summer card. Simply download the Zell am See-Kaprun app and register with the email address you provided when checking in. Then you can easily access the summer card in the app. Would you prefer a paper card? No problem. Simply pick up your printed summer card from the reception in our connected partner hotel.
You can buy ski passes online in advance or directly at the cable car. Alternatively, we also sell ski passes at the reception in our directly connected partner hotel.
Pets are generally allowed, but we ask that you register your four-legged friend in advance. However, your pet is not allowed in the dining room or the wellness area. We charge a cleaning fee of € 20 per pet per day.
At the Fish’Inn we have a light wellness area: small but nice, with everything you need to regenerate. Relax in our outdoor sauna or infrared cabin after a long day of skiing or hiking. For an additional charge, you can book massages at the associated partner hotel. A whirlpool, sauna, infrared cabin and steam bath also await you there for an additional charge and subject to availability, as well as a separate nude area for all sauna lovers.
It is exactly 500 m to the next ski lift, and the bus stop for the ski bus to Kaprun or Saalbach-Hinterglemm-Leogang-Fieberbrunn is even closer. We recommend the Sport2000 ski rental shop at Postplatz, where our guests have free ski lockers for their own skis brought from home or for Sport 2000 rental skis.

The entrance is barrier-free via the pedestrian zone. All rooms can be reached by elevator. Please let us know in advance so that we can allocate you a suitable room.
Breakfast is available from 7:30 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. in our lobby so that you can start your day refreshed.
The Guest Mobility Ticket is your free ticket for all public transport in the state of Salzburg. The ticket is valid on the day of arrival and departure – so you can travel from Salzburg Airport to the hotel and back again for free. The ticket is valid all year round – so you can leave your car at home with a clear conscience!
Arrival
From Munich: Exit Bad Reichenhall (A8) – Lofer – Zell am See. The construction site in Schneizlreuth will last until at least summer 2025, so it would be a detour via Siegsdorf until then.
From Innsbruck: Motorway exit WÖRGL – KITZBÜHEL – MITTERSILL – ZELL AM SEE
From Vienna / Salzburg / Villach: Motorway exit BISCHOFSHOFEN/PONGAU – ZELL AM SEE The Fish’Inn is located in the center of Zell am See (Seegasse 5). The hotel is accessed via Anton-Wallner-Gasse (this branches off from the main road at Hotel Heitzmann). You can then unload your things at the back exit. Straight ahead is the public parking garage. Or you can turn left and park at our partner hotel, the Romantikhotel.
Parking at the Fish’Inn: Park your car at our partner hotel for a fee of € 11 per day. The car park is only 100m away and the two hotels are internally connected.
By train to Zell am See, the train station is 500 m from the Hotel Fish’Inn and is ideally accessible on foot.
By bus to Zell am See, the bus station Bahnhof or Postplatz is the same distance from the Fish’Inn.
The nearest airport is Salzburg, alternatively Munich or Innsbruck are also good options. From there you can travel to Zell am See relatively easily by public transport.
